Your Instructor

Crystal Thomas

Crystal was first introduced to pilates for her own body over 20 years ago and has used it through her life to compliment her active lifestyle.
Being the active mum of 3 boys, pilates has helped her through each pregnancy and bringing her body back to it’s optimal strength.  It was after the birth of her second child that she realised the benefits on a greater level and wanted to help others to discover the same.
Training with the internationally recognised Polestar Pilates, she studied a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction and has worked alongside several physiotherapists.
Through this training and working closely with injury and rehab patients she found her love of helping people to improve movement patterns and find strength and flexibility after injury as well as helping people to realise their full potential physically.
